  1. Scope of application: Oil-resistant rubber hoses, classified into oil-resistant (Type B) and non-oil-resistant (Type A), suitable for conveying saturated steam and hot water condensate.
  2. Technical features:
    1. The operating pressure ranges from 0.6 MPa (6 bar) to 1.8 MPa (18 bar), with a temperature range of -20°C to 210°C.
    2. Required to resist media such as fuel oil and hydraulic oil, and designed for scenarios involving contact with petroleum-based liquids like fuel, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil. Examples include aerospace engine seals, fuel line connections, and industrial hydraulic system seals. Their oil resistance performance is verified through rigorous liquid immersion tests to ensure that sealing performance is maintained after long-term contact with oil-based media.
    3. The reinforcement layer adopts a textile or steel wire braided structure, and the cover layer shall have mechanical damage protection capability.
