High-Pressure Rubber Hose
A flexible rubber product that can withstand high pressure and is used to convey media such as liquids or gases. It is widely applied in various industrial scenarios requiring high-pressure conveyance.
Core Structure
High-pressure rubber hoses usually adopt a multi-layer composite structure. Each layer has a clear function, and they work together to ensure the hose’s high-pressure resistance:
Inner Rubber Layer: Directly contacts the conveyed medium. It must be corrosion-resistant to the medium and have low permeability. Common materials include nitrile rubber and fluororubber.
Reinforcement Layer: The core pressure-bearing layer. It enhances the hose’s strength through braiding or winding. Common materials include steel wire, polyester fiber, and aramid fiber.
Outer Rubber Layer: Protects the hose from external environmental impacts. It needs to have properties such as wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and aging resistance. The material is mostly neoprene rubber or EPDM rubber.
Key Characteristics
High-Pressure Resistance: Can stably withstand a pressure of 30-400 kgf/cm² (tens to hundreds of kilograms), meeting the high-pressure conveyance needs of different scenarios.
Medium Compatibility: Compatible with various media such as hydraulic oil, water, emulsion, and air. The corresponding inner rubber material should be selected based on the conveyed medium.
Environmental Adaptability: Most products can work within a temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, and some special models can withstand more extreme temperatures.
Flexibility: Maintains the flexibility of rubber material, facilitating bending and arrangement between equipment and adapting to complex installation environments.
